Bootleg Biology and Tennfold Brewing

With his devotion to the local craft beer industry, Chad Mueller of Tennfold Brewing in Nashville is truly a Farm to Tap pioneer. Chad’s discussion with Guild Executive Director Sharon Cheek was a main catalyst in launching the Farm to Tap movement. Through Tennfold’s partnership with Bootleg Biology, Chad practices what he preaches.

Jeff Mello, Founder and Chief Yeast Wrangler of Nashville’s Bootleg Biology, started in the yeast business first as a homebrewer. He then turned his focus to harvesting yeast strains for the community, and now provides local strains to a handful of breweries in the area.
