Jackalope Brewery and Little Seed Farm

As a Vermont-native, lover of home brewing and someone who has always been an advocate of supporting local, Bailey Spaulding of Jackalope Brewing Company is certainly a pioneer in the brewing industry. As founder and CEO, Bailey led the charge of working with Tennessee farmers and one stood out from the rest.

Little Seed Farm, a goat farm that makes soap and skincare products, began in 2013. Eileen Ray of Little Seed Farm is also from Vermont, so she instantly clicked with Bailey and the partnership came to life.
